The event will be shared via our networks of climate tech founders and investors, climate activists, local media and LinkedIn.

Your visibility continues after the event and for years to come through online views via the TEDx platform.

Every presentation is professionally videotaped and shared with the TEDx platform, and our sponsors will be thanked in each video. The program, with our Sponsors page, will be placed online as a download for people who watch presentations afterwards. The Sponsors page itself will become part of the event archive. Our speakers will be encouraged to share those links with their own colleagues, partners, customers and investors.

Where do your dollars go?

Your sponsorship will help us provide climate-friendly food, reimburse presenters for expenses, and support funding for those who otherwise would not be able to attend. It will allow us to take this from a bare-bones event to one that showcasees the commitment that the Pacific Northwest has to climate change.

TEDx rules require that all funds generated from this event in any way must be spent only on this event.  All of the organizers, including Katherine Radeka, the licensee, are volunteers.  None of the speakers or performers are being paid.  Our major expenses are the venue, the professional videographers and sound technicians, and food.

  • Event sponsor logo slide, which will be displayed during the introduction, during breaks and at the end of TEDxLacamas Lake Countdown’s videos to be uploaded to the TEDx platform for global sharing.

  • Event sponsor pages in the program. This will be shared with attendees and uploaded as a PDF to the event’s website when videos are ready for viewing.

Gold Lunch Sponsor ($3500, one available):

• Top placement of sponsor logos in all recognition areas in the Sponsor Recognition Package.
• Sponsor appreciation card placed in the lunch areas.

• Half page horizontal (7.5” x 4.75”) advertisement in the event program.
• Opportunity to add a promotional gift to the attendee gift bag (150 total) that you supply or that we provide as described at the Silver Sponsor level with the TEDx Lacamas Lake logo on one side and your logo on the reverse.

Gold Break Sponsor ($2,500, two available):

• 2nd level placement of sponsor logos in all recognition areas.

• 4 reserved sponsored admissions to the event.
• ¼ page vertical (3.5” x 4.75”) advertisement in the event program.

Silver Sponsor ($1,000 + cost of sponsored item, six available):

• 2 reserved sponsor admissions to the event.
• Opportunity to sponsor one of these items for the attendees, with the TEDxLacamas Lake logo on one side, and your logo on the reverse:

*We will have water and coffee filling stations. Beverage containers will be pre-washed and sanitized for immediate use by the attendees.

Bronze Sponsor ($500, limited by size of venue)

• Sponsor Recognition package as described above with a short (75 words) description in the Sponsor Pages.
• One ticket to the event, as long as seats remain.  After we sell out, you will have priority waiting list status.
